Signing the report: Senator Taylor, Chair, Senators Duncan, Little, Representative Vezey, Chair, Representatives MacLean, Mackie. Senators Duncan, Little, further signed: no recommendation. Previous zero fiscal note applies to the Conference Committee Substitute. Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 254. The question being: "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 254 pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCSHB 254 Adopt Conference Committee Report? Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
